Lake Worth-It will be held Saturday August 7, 2010 from 10:00am to 10:00pm at the Bryant Park Bandshell Facility, on the Corner of Lake Avenue and South Golfview Road, downtown Lake Worth, Florida 33460. The Venue is nestled between Lake Worth (the Intracoastal Waterway) and The Historic Gulfstream Hotel in Downtown Lake Worth. www.LakeWorthIt.org

All vendors must submit this application before July 30, 2010. There are 150 Art and Crafts Vendor Booths Available on a first come first serve basis. We are looking for handmade indie crafts, lowbrow artists, and bizarre product vendors only. No Formal selection process will be used however we do reserve the right to cancel your application and return your vendor fee if your Art, Craft or product does not fit with the ideal of the show. If you are not familiar with Stitch Rock's style please take a minute to look at out previous vendor showcase albums on our website www.RockTheStitch.com to understand what we are looking for. If you have never shown your work before, don't be shy we want you to be involved too!

BOOTHS:
All vendors spaces will be approximately 10'x10' and will be located in the park on an unpaved ground under a large shade trees. All vendors are responsible to furnish their own tables, signage, and shade structures the day of the event. No vendor furnishings will be provided. Tents are encouraged and cannot have side walls. No exceptions. The Vendor slots will be assigned the day of the event as vendors arrive.
Booth Fees are as follows:

$50.00 -Arts and Crafts Vendors residing in Lake Worth
$75.00 -Arts and Crafts Vendors residing outside Lake Worth but within Palm Beach County
$100.00 -Arts and Crafts Vendors residing outside of Palm Beach County
$100.00 -Local Business and Charity vendors
$250.00 -Corporate Sponsorship Booth


PAYMENT:
Your application and booth fee must be submitted in order to secure your spot. Cancellations or no shows will not be refunded. Paypal is the desired method of payment, but we will accept checks or money orders if needed. At the end of this vendor application there will be a link directing you to PayPal. The purpose of Lake Worth-It is to showcase Lake Worth Artists therefore if you reside in Lake Worth you will receive your booth at a discount. Please be honest when paying for your booth as a portion of all booth fees will be donated the city of Lake Worth to help encourage the promotion of events that will further Lake Worth as the artisan community. If we find that your application does not match up with your payment ammount we will cancel your application and return your paymnet. The event will be held rain or shine, but in the event that Lake Worth-It has to be cancelled due to a hurricane or any other circumstances the event will be rescheduled August 14, 2010 and all plans will resume as outlined herein on that date. Any such activity will be broadcast on www.LakeWorthIt.org. Any refunds deemed necessary as a result will be the responsibility of Shaman Stick Productions, Inc.

SALES TAX
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Florida sales tax for the items you sell at the event & to know all applicable laws with regard to the sale of goods within the City limits of Lake Worth, Florida. More information can be found at www.pbcgov.com or www.myflorida.com

DAY OF SHOW:
You will receive 2 vendor badges at check in the day of the show. The show will run from 10:00am until 10:00 pm. Vendors may start loading in at 8am the day of the show. Allow yourself enough time to set up as we ask that everyone be set up and ready to go by 9:30 am. It is up to you to set up and breakdown your booth. There will not be a physical separator between you and your neighbor so please stay within your allotted space. Breakdown may begin at 7pm and everyone need to be loaded and off the property by 10:30pm.


It is up to you to watch your booth at all times. Stitch Rock, Inc. and Shaman Stick Productions, Inc. will not be responsible for theft, breakage, and/or any loss of merchandise. You are also responsible for collecting and reporting Florida sales tax for the items you sell at the event. You may go to www.myflorida.com if you need more information.
